The Commercial Observer reports on AMPS’s advisory for Patagonia and Asana Partners to help bring the outdoor apparel company’s first Brooklyn store to Williamsburg. Neighboring the Music Hall of Williamsburg, Brooklinen, Madewell Men’s, Urban Outfitters and other vibrant businesses, Asana Partners’ 70 North 6^th Street was originally built in 1920 and has undergone extensive renovations since acquired by the owner in 2019.  Recently named #1 in the 2021 Axios Harris Poll on brand reputation, Patagonia is expected to open its store later this year.
